How do I know when it's time to say goodbye?

This is the hardest question. Please call us — Alina offers a gentle, no-obligation phone conversation to discuss your pet's quality of life and help you make the decision that feels right for them.

What happens during at-home euthanasia?

Alina talks you through every step before beginning. A gentle sedative helps your pet relax fully, then a final medication is given quietly and calmly. The process is unhurried, and you can hold your pet throughout.

Can my family be present?

Yes. As many family members as you'd like can be there to say goodbye together — whatever feels right for your family.

Can my other pets be present?

Many families choose to let other pets be nearby so they understand what's happened. It's entirely your choice — talk to Alina about what might suit your household.

How long does the appointment take?

There's no fixed time limit. Most visits last around an hour, but we never rush — you and your family can take as long as you need.

Can you come today?

Same-day appointments may be available depending on the day and your area. Call or WhatsApp Alina directly and she'll always try to help as quickly as possible.

How much does euthanasia at home cost?

At-home euthanasia starts from £220 when planned in advance, and from £250 for urgent same-day visits. Cremation and aftercare are additional and can be discussed with Alina.

What cremation options are available?

Alina works with trusted local crematoriums. You can choose individual cremation with ashes returned to you, or communal cremation. Keepsakes such as paw prints can also be arranged.

What areas do you cover?

Petts Wood, Orpington, Bromley, Chislehurst, Sidcup, Bexley, Beckenham, Sevenoaks and the surrounding areas across Kent & SE London. Visits further afield may also be possible — call to check.

Can I use pet insurance?
